Meet Daisy - Your
Head Coach

I’m Daisy, Head Coach and founder, and I’m so excited to be part of your journey toward a fulfilling and successful career.

With a global career spanning the UK, Dubai, and India, I’ve held senior leadership roles in Transformation and Change within the Banking and Financial Services sector, including consulting. I’ve led teams from as small as five to as large as 1,500 (yes, really!), all while championing a culture of openness, honesty, and people-first leadership.

As an ICF-certified coach, my passion is helping people create meaningful career progress and find joy in their work—because let’s be honest, we spend too much time at work not to love it! That passion led me to establish Daisy Goreham Development, where I focus on coaching and support that sparks real transformation. Helping my clients reach their goals is incredibly fulfilling, and I genuinely celebrate every milestone with them.

Beyond coaching, I’m a wife and full-time working mother of three incredible children, each born in a different country as my career took us around the world. These bold career moves have shaped not just my professional journey but also my family’s global adventures (and given us plenty of hilarious travel stories!).

It all starts with a no-obligation discovery call, where I’ll take you through an outline of how a coaching journey and sessions are structured. We’ll spend most of our time talking about you, seeking to understand what you’d like to work on and the outcomes you’re looking for. This is a friendly, supportive and guided conversation, and provides you with an opportunity to ask any questions you may have. 



If you decide to go ahead, we will agree the format, frequency and ways of working that are tailored to you and your needs.
